OLAC Training


The Ohio Leadership Advisory Council (OLAC), in partnership with the Buckeye Association of School Administrators (BASA), are pleased to present a series of regional facilitator trainings. During these trainings, participants will become familiar with and gain an enhanced working knowledge in the Ohio Improvement Process (OIP), Ohio Principal Evaluation System (OPES), Ohio Teacher Evaluation System (OTES); and more.

Training Schedule: Locations & Dates


The event will take place on

  • October 6 at the Summit County Educational Service Center in Cuyahoga Falls;
  • October 20 at the Educational Service Center of Lake Erie West in Toledo;
  • October 27 at the South Central Educational Service Center in New Boston; and
  • November 2 at the Educational Service Center of Central Ohio in Columbus.

Laptops are required. Lunch and materials will be provided at no cost, but registration is required. Graduate credit and CEU’s will be available. Space is limited, so register on OLAC website or the flier with registration form on this webpage. Registration is from 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.; presentation is from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
