Postsecondary Transition Training 1.0 and 2.0

Postsecondary Transition Training (Morning & Afternoon Sessions)

The State Support Team Region 1 is offering regionally presented, half-day training sessions for middle and high school special education intervention specialists, related service providers, special education administrators, school psychologists, and others who are working with the postsecondary transition process for students with disabilities. Aaron Weisbrod, M.Ed., presents this training.

Participants who previously attended the “Postsecondary Transition” training, presented by the State Support Team Region 1 during the 2015-2016 school year, may choose to attend the afternoon session only. For the afternoon session, participants are required to bring a current IEP that includes a completed transition planning section; this resource is required for the guided activities planned during the afternoon session.

Questions should be directed to the State Support Team Region 1 at 800.346.8495.
