Registration & Information

This session will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30  a.m. on Thursday, September 19,  2019, at the Wood County Educational Service Center, located in Bowling Green, Ohio. Three [3] contact hours are available.

Participants can register through the Ohio Department of Education’s OH|ID Portal or use the State Support Team 1 online registration form.

NEW! A Touch of Braille: A Basic Introduction to the Alphabet & Numbers

This Introduction to Braille workshop was developed to assist those who support students who are visually impaired by providing an introductory level of understanding braille. This is a one-day, hands-on inservice for paraprofessionals, general educators, other school staff and parents/families. Bittersweet is thrilled to have the Grand Rapids Historical Society and Arts Commission sponsoring our weekly Music Vine events! Every Friday, individuals from Bittersweet take a trip into the Village of Grand Rapids to enjoy live musical performances along the Maumee River at the Jerry Wright Pavillion.

The event takes place every Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Town Hall Auditorium in Grand Rapids, Ohio. Music Vine is open to all community members and it is free to attend. Follow Bittersweet on Facebook for details.
