Using the Indicator 13 Checklist to Support Graduation through Targeted Transition Planning

Description

This full-day training focuses on a voluntary and non-disclosed self-review of a current transition plan (IEP Section 5) with the Ohio Indicator 13 Checklist used in the Ohio Department of Education monitoring process. Participants will be provided with a series of tools, strategies, and resources to ensure compliance and fidelity in transition planning and writing that may be used when creating all future transition plans.

 

Regional Dates & Locations

This full-day training will be held regionally during January and February. All training is from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Lunch will not be provided. Contact hours will be available.
