2019-2020 Schedule of UDL Webinars


The 2019-2020 schedule of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) webinars are listed below. The webinars were created by the Ohio UDL Collaborative, an active partnership of the OCALI and Ohio’s 16 State Support Teams. A list of Ohio UDL Collaborative members is available from the Universal Design for Learning Center at OCALI website.

The webinars are short, 30-minutes each, so they can easily be incorporated into a planning period, professional learning session, or meeting. Each webinar is from 3:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. (EST). About the Universal Design for Learning Center at OCALI

The Universal Design for Learning Center at OCALI increases access and equity though purposeful planning that leads to meaningful, effective instruction for all students. This is accomplished through coaching, leadership, and guidance on removing barriers through improving and optimizing learning based on scientific evidence about how people learn.

The website offers a definition of Universal Design for Learning that includes the history, myths, and resources. It provides both archived webinars and lists upcoming webinars on a wide variety of topics that center on UDL. It also provides UDL in the News, information on implementation, videos that show UDL in action, and much more!
