Alternate Assessment Refresher Training

 

After-School Training

State Support Team 1 offers a refresher version of the Alternate Assessment for Students with Significant Cognitive Disabilities (AASCD). This training is for those who were previously trained who will learn updated information to the assessment. This refresher is for those administering the assessment as well as those who will be a second rater to the test administrator. The refresher training will be conducted by Laura Low, M.A., and Aaron Weisbrod, M.Ed., from State Support Team 1. Contact hours are available for the training.

The training will take place from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. regionally. Dates and locations are noted below.

The 2019-2020 AASCD online practice tests have been updated to reflect changes for the spring 2020 AASCD. The practice tests, guidance, and resources are available from the Ohio Alternate Assessment Portal.
